Our Commitment
Neustac is committed to making neustac.com usable for as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technology such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, or speech input. We treat accessibility as part of doing the work well, not a one-time checkbox.
Conformance Target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard most widely referenced for web accessibility in the United States. We design and test against that target. No website is ever perfectly accessible for every person and every tool, and we do not claim the Site is flawless.
What We Do
Steps we take to keep the Site accessible include:
- Semantic HTML structure with a single main heading per page, logical heading order, and labeled navigation, main, and footer landmarks.
- A "Skip to content" link so keyboard users can bypass the navigation on every page.
- Full keyboard operability for interactive elements, including the navigation, the proof cards, the process steps, and the privacy-choices dialog, with visible focus indicators and managed focus order.
- Color choices tested for sufficient contrast against our backgrounds, targeting the WCAG AA contrast ratios.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images, with decorative and illustrative images marked so assistive technology can skip them. Photography on the Site is illustrative and AI-generated.
- Respect for the operating-system "reduce motion" preference, which turns off non-essential animation.
- Automated and manual accessibility testing as part of how we build and change the Site.
Known Limitations
A few areas are worth naming honestly:
- Our booking and scheduling flow runs on a third-party platform (get.neustac.com, operated by GoHighLevel / LeadConnector). We do not control that platform's code, and its accessibility is governed by the provider. If you have trouble booking a call, contact us using the details below and we will help you directly.
- We continue to test and improve, and some content may not yet fully meet our target. If you find a barrier, please tell us so we can fix it.
Tell Us About a Barrier
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on neustac.com, or you need information from this Site in a different format, we want to hear from you. Email [email protected] with the page address, a description of the problem, and the assistive technology or browser you were using if you know it. We aim to respond within a reasonable time and to provide the information you need through an accessible alternative.
Ongoing Effort
Accessibility is not a finish line. We review the Site as we change it and as standards and tools evolve, and we update this statement when our practices change.
